What Credit Score Do I Need To Qualify?

How Long Is The Process?

Most applications are finalized within 2 to 5 days when complete documentation is provided. If documents are missing or landlord responses are delayed, the timeline may be extended accordingly.

What Does It Cost?

Following approval, renters pay a fee equal to approximately 85% to 110% of one month’s rent at lease signing. Landlords benefit from our service at no expense.

Is There An Application Fee?

There is no cost to submit your initial application. If your income and employment history meet our preliminary requirements, we will then obtain the necessary reports to verify your identity, calculate your DTI, and screen your background. The fee for these reports is $69, and it will be credited back to you at closing.
