How Do I Get Started?

Apply at the link above. We will then review your application to determine if you are a likely candidate for our service. If you are, we'll run your reports and issue your approval certificate. Then, all you need to do is find your new place. That's it.

What credit score do I need to qualify?

There isn't a defined minimum score. Instead, income holds greater significance. All candidates should have no history of evictions and must be able to present valid proof of income.

What services do you offer?

We focus on helping renters who have damaged credit, self-employed individuals, students, and a wide range of other types of renters. We do this by guaranteeing payments to the landlord if the renter defaults.

How long is the process?

Generally, it takes around 2 to 5 days if we have all the needed documentation. However, if documentation is lacking or if landlords are slow in their responses, the timeline may differ.

What Does it Cost?

If approved, our fee is approximately 85% to 110% of one month's rent. This fee is renter-paid. The cost to landlords is zero.

Is there an application fee?

No, your initial application comes at no cost. However, should we find your income and employment history to be adequate for proceeding, we will need to obtain reports to confirm clean eviction and background records. This is $75, but is credited back at closing.
