Our Rental Guarantor Process
Our rental guarantor process is designed to help apartment renters get approved quickly and easily. If you don’t qualify on your own, we guide you through a simple application and approval process with no cosigner required.
1. Apply
Start by completing the application here and uploading a valid ID along with two recent pay stubs. If you meet the initial criteria, you will be invoiced for the cost of your credit and background reports, and we'll issue your approval certificate.

2. Find Your New Home
Once approved, you can begin your home search—or move forward with the place you already have in mind. Before applying, confirm that the landlord accepts a guarantor.
3. Sign Off And Move In
After the lease has been cleared, we’ll issue our agreement via DocuSign for E-signatures to all parties. That’s it—straightforward and hassle-free.
How long does the process take?
Most rental guarantor applications are reviewed quickly after submission. Approval timing may vary depending on the information provided and landlord requirements.
