1. Apply

Start by completing the application here and uploading a valid ID along with two recent pay stubs. If you meet the initial criteria, you will be invoiced for the cost of your credit and background reports, and we'll issue your approval certificate.

2. Find Your New Home

Once approved, you can begin your home search—or move forward with the place you already have in mind. Before applying, confirm that the landlord accepts a guarantor (most do).

3. Sign Off And Move In

After the lease has been cleared, we’ll issue our agreement via DocuSign for E-signatures to all parties. That’s it—straightforward and hassle-free.
